1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All Blueprints on BizBlueprint.in are digital documents delivered instantly upon purchase. As is standard for digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a Blueprint has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Exception: Payment Without Access

If you were charged but were unable to access or download your Blueprint due to a technical issue on our end, please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase. We will resolve the issue promptly or process a full refund.
